Underwater Mini Sessions

A Poppy Photo

Underwater mini sessions are so much fun, and I know your swim families will love the experience and their images! I have been photographing little swimmers since 2013, and I was a lifeguard/swim instructor for years before that. Swim schools that work with me can trust that although I will work hard to get a great shot, water safety is always on my mind.

How It Works

Give me some times and dates that would work best for your swim school. I only need a corner section of the pool to photograph in, so I can easily work around classes if needed. I have shot during family swim time, slow periods, and before/after lessons. I can photograph around 15 kids and their families per hour. I would recommend a block of time 1-3 hours (per session). I am more than happy to schedule more than one date to accommodate your swim families.

Booking Families For Pictures

After a date and time is decided upon I will add a booking section on my website for your swim school. Any family that wants to sign up can do so on my website. I do charge a small sitting fee that families can then use towards their picture purchase. I am easily reached through email, and can answer any questions your families may have. My goal is to have this be as smooth and stress free as possible to you and your staff.

Getting The Word Out

I have posters and handouts I can bring by your facility to help advertise the photo shoot. After that I need your help getting the word out. However you get information out to your families (email, website, social media, staff talking to families) is greatly appreciated.

Benefits Of An Underwater Photo Session

Besides it being a unique keepsake for your swimmers and their families, this can be a great marketing tool for your swim school. Parents get to buy these pictures as hi res digital images, and they are often used on their social media pages. If interested, I will also give you a compilation of the best shots to use on your own website and social media. Please contact me about monetary incentives.
